I’m going to start off with the absolute basics that I think you all should know. First off, my name is Kelly Zdrowak. I am 19 years old, and I possess a passion for healthy living. I believe that being healthy does not mean having to eat bland food all the time. My goal is to, you could say, “work around the system,” and find ways to make super healthy feel super indulgent. Now, how did this passion come about? It all started back in February, 2011.
I had never been healthy before, and it started to dawn upon me that maybe I should be taking better care of myself.
I began making slow changes to my diet and exercise, and before I knew it, I had more energy than ever before.
Now that I see how fulfilling healthy can be, I am on a mission to spreading this revelation to other people. As you’ll see, in most of my recipes I use “superfoods,” and I am always researching new ones.
All of my recipes can be adapted to taste. A lot of times I found them on pinterest or other blogs and adapted them to my taste.
At the end of the day, it’s all about listening to your body. Don’t let one person tell you the amount of calories that you need because everyone is different. It’s really important to focus on how you feel at that moment, and fuel yourself from there.
That’s why I love blogs like this. It provides a wide range of food you can choose when you are hungry that will leave you feeling satisfied. Not to mention all of them will provide you with essential nutrients for the day.
This is my passion, and this is my life. I want nothing more than to inspire individuals and allow them to really dive into the beauty of what healthy can be.
