Dairy Free Chai Tea Latte

The other day, right before I was about to go to bed, I really wanted chai tea.  At the same time, I wanted to have it with something that would help me to fall asleep.  Of course the first thing that came to my mind was warm milk.  The second?  I should just combine them!

Which I did 🙂

This recipe is sooo quick and easy.

All you’re going to need is

1. 1 chai tea bag

     2. 1 cup almond milk (or any other milk)

Microwave your milk until it starts to bubble.  (between 30 seconds to a minute).

When it’s hot, transfer it to a mason jar, and shake it up to create a foam.  Pour into a glass, and add your tea bag.

Wait a few minutes, and enjoy!

I couldn’t think of a better drink for before bed.

Question: What do you do to help you fall asleep? 

I rely wayyyyyy too much on melatonin, but hey you gotta do what you gotta do.
