Where I am, the weather is FINALLY getting warmer. I’m the type of person who absolutely hates cold weather, so this change is definitely lifting my spirits.
I always feel like this is the time of year where a lot of people do things to feel fresh and rejuvenated… like spring cleaning.
This was my inspiration for this recipe.
You are going to need
1. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2. a handful of ice
3. 1 cup coconut water
4. a handful of fresh mint
5. sweetener to taste.
Now, I know a lot of people mix up coconut water, coconut milk, and coconut cream.
Coconut water looks like water when you pour it. 🙂
Mix everything together until blended. (The amount of ice you use will depend on the quality of your blender)
