If you read my post about golden berries, then you know that I have been experimenting with recipes featuring them.

I would definitely getting them from Navita’s Naturals. They are pretty much the only place I shop for superfoods, and the quality can’t be beat.
You are going to need
1. 7-8 pitted dates
2. 1/4 cup golden berries
3. 1/4 cup cashews
5. cacao powder (Can find on my favorites page)
This recipe is extremely easy. Note that it helps to have a high quality blender or food processor. If you don’t, then you’ll probably have to soak the dates and cashews for a few hours before you try this.
Put the golden berries, cashews, and dates in your blender.
Blend until everything is combined and a paste is formed.
Roll into balls or bars.
I highly recommend continuing with the next step. It’s not necessary as I stated, but it’s what balances out the flavors perfectly
Mix some cacao with mint, and simply roll the bites into the mixture to cover.
Store in the fridge, and enjoy whenever you need a burst of energy! 🙂
