Healthy Chicken Fajita Pizza Recipe

If you have ever been torn between having pizza or a chicken fajita, I have the perfect solution…

a chicken fajita pizza!

(that’s healthy 🙂 )

and easy to make

okay so you are going to need

1. 1/2 a flatbread.  This is the one I used.  It’s higher in protein and all natural.  Sounds good to me 🙂


2. 1 tbsp olive oil

3. 1 tsp corn meal

4. 1/4 cup black beans

5. 1/2 an avocado

6. 1 tsp lemon juice

7. pinch of garlic powder

8. cooked chicken breast

9. 1 tbsp salsa

10. a handful of spinach

11. 5 grape tomatoes cut into thirds

12. chopped red onion

13. black pepper and hot sauce to taste

Start off by setting your oven to 400F

Take you flatbread, and brush the olive oil it on it.

Sprinkle the cornmeal on top.


If you like cheese, this is when you would add this.  I hate cheese, so I omitted 🙂

Place in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy.

While it’s cooking, mash together the avocado, black beans, garlic powder, and lemon juice.


Also, cut your veggies and cook down your onions

When the bread is ready, spread the avocado mixture on top


along with the salsa


Top with the rest of the ingredients, and you’re done!


You can even break out the old pizza cutter and cut it into 5 pieces.
