This recipe I have been wanting to try for a really long time. It is adapted from the recipe on PBFingers.
Unfortunately, every time I wanted to make it, I didn’t have this yogurt on hand.

This recipe is extremely easy, extremely filling, and extremely good.

Yes, I need new adjectives, but let’s continue on with the recipe.
You are going to need
1. 1 container of strawberry banana greek yogurt (3/4 cup)
2. 1/4 tsp baking soda
3. 1/2 tsp baking powder
4. 2 large egg whites
5. 3/4 cup oats
Start off by blending your oats. You want them to be the consistency of flour. (You can also use oat flour if you have it on hand).
Mix in your other ingredients until combined.
Pour some batter on a heated pan with cooking spray on it.
Cook like pancakes, and that’s it!
Top however you would like.
I love love LOVE pure maple syrup, so that’s always my go to topping.
