Kombucha Brewing 2: Day 10

Okay, so I have been doing a lot of research on bottling kombucha the past few days.

I found out that you can actually have the kombucha go through a second fermentation process.  This is when you can flavor it.  I go grocery shopping in a few days, so I’ll get the ingredients then.  This will allow the second scoby to grow more.  You can see it in this picture 🙂
